At Justin Garner Dentistry, we take the time to answer questions, and work through things that you might be concerned about. We know that going to the dentist can be intimidating, because you don’t have a way of knowing if you’re getting the right treatment.

We know that trusting your dentist is the first step in making sure you get the treatment you need to live your best life. And we work hard to make sure we give you all the information you need, so you’ll know you’re in good hands.

Filling out new patient paperwork before your appointment not only saves you time but can also improve the accuracy of our records! Accessing your insurance information, dental history, pharmacy numbers, etc. is much easier from the convenience of your home. By providing this information online, you enable us to better serve you when you arrive.

Previous Records Request

Previous radiographs, periodontal charting, and general dental records of work you’ve had done may help us in providing you with effective treatment. The more we know about its past, the better we can care for the future of your smile. After review, if we need any additional information we will be in contact with you, to request this info from your previous dental provider.

Here’s a bit about what to expect your first visit:

get comfortable

We’ll start with a warm welcome, instructions, and a stop at the front desk. Then, one of our friendly assistants will take you back promptly to start your care, get to know you, note any questions or concerns, and take x-rays of your teeth.

get a thorough exam

Dr. Garner will provide a thorough exam of your oral condition and offer recommendations for treatment if any concerns are identified. He’ll make sure to explain in detail what your options are, and the long term and short term recommendations. 

get answers to all your questions

Your options regarding treatments, payments, etc., will be clearly explained, and ample time will be taken to discuss any further questions you may have.
